To send units to other colonies, drag your pointer from your building to the target building.

Selection of multiple colonies are done by dragging pointer over all of the desired colonies.

When the energy bar is full, you are able to cast magic by pressing 'A' or clicking on the energy bar, and then move and click on the pointer to the desired area.

Colonize and annihilate the enemy.
